Shiguang Notes

A free, open-source Windows notes app. Version 1.1.0 adds multi-keyword search with highlighted results, a separate password for each note, right-click actions to delete or move notes, and drag-and-drop into groups in the left sidebar. Text and image notes, to-dos, floating windows and automatic local saving remain available, offline and without an account.
